Shipping

All prices shown on the website include free door-to-door delivery in Panama City (with detailed address and GPS coordinates), or free shipping to any of our 8 pickup locations across Panama:  

  • Bocas Del Toro (Bocastown)
  • Boquete
  • Changuinola
  • Chitre
  • Coronado
  • David
  • Penonome
  • Santiago

For door-to-door delivery service, please provide as much info as possible during checkout and you will be contacted to confirm the necessary details.

When shipping to a pick-up location, customers will be notified when their item(s) arrive to inspect and retrieve their merchandise.

Note 1: Eventual door-to-door service will cover all of Panama, if given sufficient address detail and GPS coordinates. 

Note 2: Future expansion will include Costa Rica and Colombia


Returns

Customers are required to inspect and sign for their merchandise before taking possession.  Please carefully inspect your items at the pick-up location and don't accept any order that is damaged.

If there's damage and a customer rejects it, Bocazon will return the merchandise to its supplier and either replace the item for a new one or refund the customer.  If a customer accepts the item and later discovers that it's damaged (reported to Bocazon within 48 hours), the customer must pay for return shipping from the pickup location to the supplier - but Bocazon will either replace the item for a new one or refund the customer.  

If damage or a malfunction is discovered after 48 hours, the item may be replaced if it is under warranty from the supplier.  Note: Bocazon can only follow the warranty terms of the supplier, and has no ability to provide a warranty if the supplier does not offer one.
